This necklace features a handmade etched Sterling Silver “Asase Ye Duru” pendant.
The pendant is complimented with a string of oxidised rounded-cube sterling silver beads with faceted pink tourmaline beads & mat pyrite beads.
The symbol is an Adinkra symbol from Ghana and can be directly translated to mean “the divine mother earth has weight”. It represents the significance of caring for Mother Earth for future generations.
I’ve paired the symbol with Pink Tourmaline & Pyrite. Pink Tourmaline is the quintessential heart-chakra stone & is representative of feminine/yin energies. Whilst Pyrite allows one to connect to the energy of the earth and channel that energy through the body.
